FAQ
What's the difference between Verified and Pro?
Both include a verified directory listing and qualified leads. Pro adds priority routing — you're notified first, before any Verified contractor in your county. Pro slots are limited to ensure the priority is meaningful.
What if I don't respond to a lead in time?
You have 4 business hours (7am–8pm PT) to respond. If you don't, the lead routes to other contractors. You won't be charged for leads you don't receive.
How many leads can I expect per month?
Lead volume varies by county and homeowner awareness in your service area. During the Founding Period, every lead in your county is included in your monthly fee — there's no cap and no per-lead charge.
What happens when Pro slots are filled in my county?
Once all Pro slots are taken, additional contractors can join as Verified and receive leads after the Pro tier. You can also join a waitlist — we'll notify you when a slot opens.
Is the $149 founding rate really locked forever?
Yes. If you sign up at the founding rate before August 1, 2026, your rate stays at $149/mo permanently — even if we raise the standard Verified price. The lock holds as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel and re-subscribe later, and you'll enter at the current rate.
How is this different from Angi?
Angi charges $25/month plus $15–$120 per shared lead, locks you into a 12-month contract, and sends the same lead to 3–8 contractors. Ander & Son charges a flat monthly rate with exclusive or semi-exclusive leads, no long-term contracts, and CSLB-verified directory listings. The question isn't monthly cost — it's cost per closed job.
