FAQ
What's the difference between Verified and Pro?
Both include a verified directory listing and qualified leads. Pro adds priority routing. You're notified first, before any Verified contractor in your county. Pro slots are limited to ensure the priority is meaningful.
What if I don't respond to a lead in time?
Respond as soon as you can. If you do not, the lead moves on to other contractors. You won't be charged for leads you don't receive.
How many leads can I expect per month?
Lead volume varies by county and homeowner awareness in your service area. There is no cap on how many leads you can receive.
How does per-lead pricing work?
Leads run $10 to $50 per accepted lead, depending on lead type and your plan. Prices are per accepted lead. Declined leads are free. Your first accepted lead is free. If a lead is bad (wrong number, wrong county, duplicate, or spam), flag it within 72 hours and we credit it.
What happens when Pro slots are filled in my county?
Once all Pro slots are taken, additional contractors can join as Verified and receive leads after the Pro tier. You can also join a waitlist. We'll notify you when a slot opens.
Is the $149 founding rate really locked forever?
Yes. If you sign up at the founding rate on or before November 30, 2026, your rate stays at $149/mo permanently, even if we raise the standard Verified price. The lock holds as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel and re-subscribe later, and you'll enter at the current rate. The lock covers your subscription price. Per-lead charges are billed at the published rates.
How is this different from Angi?
Angi charges $25/month plus $15–$120 per shared lead and locks you into a 12-month contract. Ander & Son charges a flat monthly rate with no long-term contract, per-lead charges only on leads you accept, and CSLB-verified directory listings. The question isn't monthly cost. It's cost per closed job.
